Who and how soon do I contact if I notice a problem?

If anything looks off, do not hesitate to get in contact with the office. We want to make sure you are happy with the services we provide. If you are not pleased with something let us know as soon as possible in writing at service@rscape.com. Our crew members work on a scheduled route so they might not be able to go back that same day to address the concern, but we will make sure the issue gets attention.
