How do I cancel my service?

When you are a customer of R&S Landscaping, we put you on our schedule from season to season unless you tell us otherwise. If you need to cancel. we require notice at least 48 hours before your scheduled day of service. You will then receive a confirmation email letting you know your cancellation is being processed. 

If you are cancelling because you are not satisfied with your service, please reach out to us immediately. We will be happy to address any issues and try to make things right. If you still need to cancel, we are extremely sad to see you go! Please submit all cancellations in writing to our email address at service@rscape.com. Again, we ask for an email notification 48 hours prior to your service date.
