You can expect the lawn experts at R&S Landscaping to be experienced, timely, and professional.

Spring Clean Ups

In Bergen County, homeowners know that cleaning up their property for Spring is a big job. The professionals at R&S Landscaping know just what to do and how to do it right! We remove winter debris such as leaves, branches, and clutter, as well as edging and cleaning garden and flower beds. Besides mowing your grass perfectly, we'll redefine the edges of your lawn to get your property looking its seasonal best.

Fall Leaf Clean Ups

Starting October 15 of each year, we begin our leaf removal rounds to take all your fallen leaves from your property to include your lawn, walkways, and driveways. If you want a healthy and lush lawn next year, the leaves will need to go. Layers of fallen leaves on top of your lawn will prevent sunshine from reaching the grass and provides a cozy home for mold, bacteria, pests, and weed seeds.

Ornamental Tree and Shrub Pruning

Plants need the proper maintenance for adequate growth. Proper pruning can insure optimal flowering and health of ornamentals. Pruning removes dead and dying branches and stubs, allowing room for new growth while deterring pests, insects, and animal infestation. Young plants will benefit the most in the long run and will require less corrective pruning as the plant matures.

Mulch Delivery and Installation

Mulch instantly gives your landscape a beautiful, finished appearance and helps keep your soil healthy. Two to three inches of mulch for planting beds will help prevent weeds and maintain root moisture while adding color and curb appeal to your landscape. Adding mulch to your landscape will reduce the amount of water that evaporates from your soil, keeping your plants irrigated for much longer periods of time than without having the added mulch.
